I guess the short answer is no.

The longer one is that blueretro can handle up to 4 reports of different type (keyboard, mouse, gamepad & rumble) but they are all mapped to the same wired port output. So you can't have two gamepad report mapping to two different wired port.

I'm not what would be the use case anyway? I can only think that would be useful for saving in Zelda. But then in blueretro config you could just map the 2nd player button onto the first BT controller.
