n64 FW update not working

Hello Darth, Im having issues updating the firmware for the retroscaler for n64. I updated the firware through the blue retro site with the hw1 and each time it is saying hw2 is false. It is also stuck on 100% when I try reuploading the firmware. I have factory reset quite a few times and before i reupload the firmware, it says hw2 is false. This is being done wirelessly through my pc.
