Sinput GC Ultimate Controller not usable

What did you expect to happen?

GC ultimate controller to function correctly on GameCube. I do not know if Sinput has been implemented yet. However it is outlined https://docs.handheldlegend.com/s/sinput/doc/sinput-hid-protocol-dev-SNSaEw36nc and discussed #1272 (comment)
