Fix for configure: "syntax error near unexpected token `LIBUSB,'"

On my debian based system i needed to install libglib2.0-dev and then autoreconf -vis.

After this this ./configure passed

autoconf (GNU Autoconf) 2.69
automake (GNU automake) 1.16.1
libtool 2.4.6-9
