Wallet UI - 3rd Party Integration: CrowdNode UI - Consolidate

Adds UI for a Consolidate step to CrowdNode funding in the event that enough funds exist in the wallet but aren't under the single address that CrowdNode requires.

Additionally, there are quite a few bug fixes, rollbacks and refactors. They include:

• fix the internal state of dialogs, specifically around Send or Receive dialog, but adds a reset() function to all dialogs.
• Replace Insight API for Transactions (dashsight ) with DigitalCashDev's RPC Proxy, as something changed with the insight api and its recently started returning Unparsed address instead of the (apparently parsed) address.
  • Added new type to support RPC Proxy
• Rolled back store/index.js Signals to JS Proxies to fix various state issues being out of sync
