Doubts about Pyarmor licensing

After reading the Licensing docs, I am still a bit confused on the different licensing types.

Our software is meant to run on a third party server that has no internet access. We should assume more than 100 runs per month.

After looking at the licenses table, my questions are:

• How come the Free, Basic and Group licenses work for >100 runs/month but the Pro does not? What is the issue with it?
• Does "need offline obfuscation" mean that we cannot build the obfuscated code offline, or that we cannot run it offline? Are there any issues with offline execution for any license?

you can run obfuscated code offline
If building the obfuscated code in offline device, only group license is available,

I just did, but it is still confusing. Why can the basic run more than 100 times per month on CI/CD but the Pro or Group does not?

And why can the basic run more than 100 times per month on local dockers but the Pro does not? What is the issue with the Pro license?
