Qualify ABCD3 age of onset and fix snakemake call (#172)

## Description

Fix ABCD3 age of onset and snakemake call

Fixes: #171 

## Minor Changes

- Add ABCD3 typical age of onset as numerical fields
- Tell snakemake to use all available cores (now a required argument)
