Create Wallet suggestions / issues

1. I'd like an option to create a 12-word phrase (not just 24). particularly because I can import a 12-word phrase (it's supported).
2. The seed phrase box is big, not responsive to window size changes, and overflow hides words.
3. Typical (arguably "best") practice is to mask password fields by default.
4. Users may wonder if they should make note of the "user number" since it's displayed.
5. Since we're telling users that the "wallet name" will not go to the blockchain, we might as well also relieve them that it can be edited later.

Choose a wallet name for local reference. This can be edited later and is not recorded publicly.

6. Randomness squares still change (along with the "user number") even after the phrase is generated. Not sure that's intended.
7. Password strength description (e.g. weak, very strong, etc) overflows resizable colored pill. Consider putting the pill over the time to crack text instead, and making the minimum size cover the longest text and changing "less than a second" to "<1 second".
