dat-14.0.2-win-x64 is not starting

Dat build for windows do not start properly on my side, also the build are properly started on several ubuntu machines. On the same config, dat-13.11.3 starts properly as well.

• Operating system: win10
• Node Version:
• Dat Version: dat-14.0.2-win-x64

The behavior is the following:

1. dat.exe is started by the command line
2. the security software catch something and request a user approuval
3. I give my approuval
4. the execution is stopped without any output

Using set DEBUG=dat,dat-node before execution does not give any output. Compared to dat-13.13.1-win-x64 that would give something like dat Dat DEBUG mode engaged, .... I guess something is preventing execution between doing something visible and delivering the first debug message.
