Any way to customize the default CSS template to switch fonts and add some tweaks ?

I could't find any documentation, or setting in the Data-Forge-Notebook or CSS file in the installation path that given me the oppurtunity to updater the base CSS styling. I want to replace the default Consolas and Courier fonts with "Cascadia Code Light" but no matter what CSS file I've edited it had no effect :|
