How to install Postgresql for the project

CREATE USER datameuser WITH PASSWORD 'password';

Password is known only by the team

> ALTER ROLE datameuser SET client_encoding TO 'utf8';
> ALTER ROLE datameuser SET timezone TO 'MET';

With respect to why MET, I thought it was fine (https://www.postgresql.org/docs/7.2/timezones.html Middle Europe Time GTM+1)

GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON DATABASE datame TO datameuser;

You can exit postgres with \q
