Description
Make any initial project repository setup steps including:
- requirements.txt
- .gitignore
- README.md
- etc
This project will be DISCARDED in phase 2. It only exists to make an issolated Harvest integration. When this Project board is complete, the code will be migrated into a larger serverless application called FEaaS which is built with AWS Chalice. Thus, do not waste time on project configuration. Apply minimum effort. But maybe something like pyscaffold will be useful if you like it.
