Missing ssd_cin_plans and ssd_s47_enquiry table definitions/detail in MOSAIC [Documention] #39

These need to be added into Documentation - mosaic dev team possibly missed in initial SSD dev.
two tables
ssd_cin_plans
ssd_s47_enquiry
not found in populate_ssd_data_warehouse.sql
Flagged by LA Merton 02/09/25 for the tables, and later for the associated missing documentation.
Ques:
Might be valid reason they're not included, but feeling at the moment is that they should be included and perhaps just got missed in the later work. Might need to flag to Keith/Sam just in case.
