pre-run the Queries before loop 10 times

current order:

```
for 10 times {
  Q1
}
for 10 times {
  Q2
}
...
for 10 times{
  Q15
}
```

when got stable error on one query, it wasted lots of time on rerun the ci jobs.

we can consider add a seperate job before the 10 times perf executions:

```
  Q1
  Q2
  Q3
  ..
  Q15
```

thus we can fail retry the single job quickly.
