[BUG] toolcannot use wsl on windows

**Describe the bug**
I want to build and deploy a bundle using wsl. it is the default terminal in vs code

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
go to the dbx tool panel. try to build with wsl as vs code's default terminal. the dbx tool will use cmd and has no way to change.
