[FEATURE] Set isolation mode with ISOLATED as default for least-privilege

• For the same account, this can isolate better production and developement workspaces

Attempted Solutions

• Currently, is necessary to set isolation_mode as ISOLATED explicit for all kind of resources that expose this attribute.

Proposal

Set isolation_mode as ISOLATED as default for all resources (external locations, credentials, catalog, etc). The object should be bound to all workspace when user explicit set as OPEN.
