Interactive development support (replacing databricks-connect)

Hi @renardeinside,

Some of the question has been answered here but I wanted to follow up more recently and ask if there will be support for interactive development workflows?

Currently, the jobs-oriented approach of dbx doesn't appear to have the capacity of workspace-independent command execution that databricks-connect offers. Are there plans to support this as db-connect becomes depreciated?

Actually, this should really be detailed in the section on comparison with other tool in the readme.
