Quarantine Table and Schema Issue

On DLT Meta I am able to complete the Bronze layer but in the silver layer I am facing an issue where the tables are not created in the desired catalogue and scheme also the DLT expectations quarantine tables are not getting generated. I think this is a bug which needs to be fixed.
