load check files using relative paths

Can we load check files using relative paths?

@KhalilFall You can use FileChecksStorageConfig to load from a relative or absolute workspace path:
checks: list[dict] = dq_engine.load_checks(checks, config=FileChecksStorageConfig(location="checks.yml"))

It works because we provide now POSIX paths with workspace files.

WorkspaceFileChecksStorageConfig can only load from absolute path:
checks: list[dict] = dq_engine.load_checks(checks, config=WorkspaceFileChecksStorageConfig(location="/Shared/App1/checks.yml"))
