fix(cache): align RedisDrizzleCache with Drizzle cache API

- Change default strategy from 'all' to 'explicit' to match Drizzle convention
- Fix onMutate cleanup bug: properly filter deleted keys after deletion completes
- Add support for keepTtl option in CacheConfig
- Update documentation to reflect changes
