Reorganization of materials and syncing of instructor notes

@debpaul prepared the instructor notes that go with the slides, they're here and here.

@kcranston prepared the instructor notes that go with the new activity as well as gives overall goals of the module, here and here.

• Review to remove overlap (I think this is minimal)
• Rename instructor notes to confirm with the agreed upon repo layout and to avoid having very similar sounding names
• Move instructor notes tied to each slide to notes section below slides, using <div class="notes"> blah </div>.
