Repository Cleanup: Remove Legacy dfray Artifacts and Unused Files

Although we performed an initial cleanup before moving to the new repository, several files and directories from the original dfray project still remain. These may no longer be relevant to the current Distributed DataFusion structure.

Potential Tasks:

• Identify and remove leftover dfray-specific modules, scripts, or config files
• Clean up directories that are unused or outdated
• Review CI/test harnesses and remove redundant pieces
• Ensure that what remains aligns with current naming, structure, and project direction

This will reduce clutter and confusion, and make the repo more maintainable for current and future contributors.
