TPC-DS correctness tests flaky

This is reproducible in main, deleting the testdata/tpcds/data folder and running cargo test --test tpcds_test --features tpcds usually fails, just to succeed if running a second time.

I think #264 solves it, but not 100% sure

Sometimes, I also see errors like this:

Error: ParquetError(General("Invalid Parquet file. Corrupt footer"))

Or this:

Diagnostic(Diagnostic { kind: Error, message: "column 'i_item_sk' not found", ...

Can confirm that Make queries in TPC-DS get distributed fixes this
