Removes the
PlanDependentUsizestruct introduced in #197 for letting users configure the the tasks assigned to a plan based on the part of the plan they are in.After playing with it, it does not feel like the right API to expose, as it results in very messy code on the consumer side and very hard to reason about.
I think there are better ways of letting users assign an heterogeneous amount of tasks to different parts of the plan, so for now rolling this change back.
