Tracking issue for v1.0.0

The goal of this issue is to track feature requests to streamline integration with other Rust projects such as datafusion and ballista.

Currently from tpchgen we have out of the box TPC-H generation support including queries and answers, the next steps as I see them are :

• Publish datafusion-tpch crate to allow easier integration.
• Make it easier to run the entire benchmark, ballista is a good first citizen for this since they have a specific TPC-H runner bundled in https://github.com/apache/datafusion-ballista/blob/main/benchmarks/README.md
• Pull v2.0 improvements from tpchgen once it is merged and published.
