Automate publishing of new DSS versions

Hey team,

The latest published image on https://hub.docker.com/r/dataiku/dss/tags is 8.0.2, and is now two major releases behind!
Can we please get a more recent version published, and ideally can we have images published automatically as new DSS versions are released so we don't need to prod someone each time.
