Extend the transpose and synchronize recipe to event frame attributes data

Currently the transpose and synchronize recipe works well for data downloaded from one asset. However, when dealing event frame attributes from multiple events from multiple assets, this recipe doesn't work. Need to be able to transpose and sync data for each event separately and stack the results in the back end as the reference attribute will have different timestamps for each event frame.
