I'm not sure if I broke something in the merge of #1263, but I'm seeing two strange behaviours:

• 4 XRD patterns plotted but only 3 lines in legend, that seem to be coupled -- I think maybe when two files have strongly overlapping names they merged into one legend entry? e.g. CIF_00000001.cif and CIF_000000002.cif
• Strange interaction between hiding in the legend and whether points are shown or not -- clicking the legend in "points off" mode turns only points on for the scna you click on... Likely the legend needs to be rebuilt when toggling between show points on/off too, or perhaps we assign the legend only to the lines and not the points and that will also fix the issue...

Maybe @BenjaminCharmes you could take a look this month?
