add micromamba #152

Most often in conda environments I add mamba for more sensible performance. @effigies just shared the knowledge on https://neurostars.org/t/python-package-managers-pros-and-cons/25235/4 about https://mamba.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user_guide/micromamba.html . I think it would be nice to support it but first to test it out myself before deciding definitively.
