Allow Authentication to be configured in the helm deployment

It would be nice if the config items for SSO could be provided in the helm values (and/or via secrets). This would allow SEQ to be rollout out fully configured. E.g:

• Authentication provider
• Directory (tenant) ID
• Application (client) ID
• Client secret (as a secret)
• License

Thanks for the suggestion! This is on our radar but needs some supporting infrastructure in Seq, so isn't one we can turn around quickly right now.
