[Feature Request] Can we please have a way to enable tailing by default?

On of my favourite things about Seq is the ability to turn on tailing and watch events arrive in near-real-time. However, it is a bit of a drag having to click the button every. single. time. Click on a signal, boom! tailing is off. Switch to a dashboard, boom! tailing is off. I want tailing (and auto-update of dashboards) to be on all the time every time unless I explicitly turn it off. So, I don't think there's a way to achieve that, currently, so would it be possibly to add this as a user preference maybe? "Always enable tailing" - per user setting.

One thing that may help quite a bit, Seq 2025.1 supports a keyboard shortcut to toggle tailing - Ctrl+Space T on Events and Dashboards - which makes this a bit less clunky. Keen to hear if this improves things for you :) Cheers!
