Add `Id` alias to Remove-FabricWorkspace

Problem description

The Parameter for the id is called "workspaceid" while the field that is given back is called "id".

Suggested solution

I would rename the parameter to id and give it an alias which is workspaceid.

Thanks for raising this issue Frank. That's a good idea to add Id alias to this and other functions where it makes sense.
