Export-DbaLogin additional parameters request

Hello SQL family,

So we had this great idea that it would be really cool if there were additional parameters (e.g. -ExcludeDbUserPermissions and/or -ExcludeDbRolePermissions) in the Export-DbaLogin module that would allow a user to exclude all DB level permissions and only export the server lever level logins/permissions. There are specific reasons that we need this feature, but to avoid a TLDR situation I'll hold them unless someone asks.

Hopefully others have had this type of need and it can get added as a potential feature request,
