Feature: Push metadata information to publication platforms

When I set the content name and description for the built in publication site it would be nice if that information was also propagated to the publication platforms specifically twitch and youtube in my case. Or at least having the option to configure these things inside the publication settings instead of having to go to each service's portal individually.
