Labels for non-optimization runs

We use seeding to make additional trials available for a study. At the moment there is only an attribute `user_attrs_is_seeding` to distinguish seeding from optimization trials. However, there could be random seeding, static seeding, transfer learning, silver bullets, or Pareto flows from other studies. We should use an additional text field to further distinguish non-optimization trials.
