Migrate to org.apache.cassandra java-driver dependencies

Are there any plans to upgrade the java-driver dependencies and perhaps switch to the org.apache.cassandra Maven group id? Or even eventually have this project migrated under the Apache organization?

I am a maintainer of Apache Camel Quarkus and we use this extension in our Camel Cassandra features (mainly for native mode support). There have been no releases of cassandra-quarkus for some time and we are a little behind Apache Camel in terms of the java-driver version.

Since the Quarkus Platform enforces the version of the driver for all other participants, there's no chance for Camel to upgrade without a new release of this project.

It'd be great to have a new release if possible.

I'll try to get this taken care of once #246 is wrapped up. 4.19.0 is the current Java driver release as of this writing; we're trying to get 4.19.1 out the door but it's taken a lot longer than we expected and I don't want to delay getting a cassandra-quarkus release that'll work for 3.25.0.
