Pulsar admin failure when TLS is enabled with an ECDSA keystore

Describe the bug
The pulsar broker admin HTTP server does not starts because of an invalide RSA private key, see screenshoot.

To Reproduce
Enable TLS with a ECDSA certificate

Expected behavior
Should work with TLS
