Setup AstraDB metrics export

I would like to be able to use the provider to setup Astra DB metrics export, for configuring Grafana Cloud.

Is this something that's on the roadmap?

This seems to be possible in the API at least: https://docs.datastax.com/en/astra-serverless/docs/_attachments/devopsv2.html#tag/Database-Operations/operation/configureTelemetry
