Summary
We need an API handling molecules. Everything mentioned below can be done by RDKit (https://pypi.org/project/rdkit-pypi/)
- Install RDKit as optional dependency
- image generation
- substructure & SMARTS search
- substructure image highlighting
- maximum common substructure
