Standardize visualization layout styles to adapt to mobile devices

Removed custom margin, font size, and color styles from chart instructions and visualization titles in multiple markdown files. Titles now use max-width for consistency, and chart instructions use default paragraph styling for improved layout uniformity across visualizations. To adapt to mobile devices
