Is arm64 architecture supported? (e.g., Apple Silicon M1, M2, M3, M4, ARM servers)

CKAN installation for arm64 arch systems will natively require arm64 solr version (or docker image when using docker) and needs CKAN schema configuration. This would require either arm64 binaries or an ARM64-specific installation method. Couldn't try it right away because i got a dev ckan instance running
