qsv excel --sheet start with 1 (default = 1) instead of 0

I noticed today:

-s, --sheet <name/index>   Name (case-insensitive) or zero-based index of sheet to export.
   Negative indices start from the end (-1 = last sheet).
   If the sheet cannot be found, qsv will read the first sheet.
   [default: 0]

given that the last will be -1, I wonder if it were not more intuitive to have a one-based index, given that the default names seem to start with 1 too Sheet1, which confused me.

This will be a breaking change for several production pipelines on our end. I know some other users have it in production too, so I'm afraid will have to leave it in place unless there's a compelling reason.

Never mind, that major version number increment means breaking changes :-)-O
