Clean up unnecessary GitHub Actions workflows

Removed obsolete deployment workflows:

Kept essential workflows only:
✅ rxnmcw (Disabled auth) - merge-ready testing
✅ xmrbiq (BearerToken auth) - merge-ready testing
✅ izbD (main branch) - production deployment

Updated deployment tracker to reflect cleanup status.
This streamlines CI/CD and reduces resource usage.
