Hey yall,

Thank you @daveshap for this great project.

This is an answer to #1, @tstanek390, a user who used up all their API credit.

I added a protocol in phases and modified the prompts slighly, to backtrack from the past phases, to work with the ChatGPT web version.

DL:

1. Sometimes, you want to guide ChatGPT-3.5 through the phases, by saying "next Phase 4", or something like that.
2. Ignoring custom instructions for ChatGPT-4 doesnt work, so you maybe want to temporarily disable your custom instructions for ChatGPT-4, if you have set any, if you dont want your custom instructions leak into the initial dialog (for another person).
3. The whole setup as "playing a role", could be problematic for production environments. Please dont use this prompt for production purposes.

I tried running this prompt in Gpt 3.5, and it worked until it got to the part where it needed to generate the report, then it just sat there forever. I had to tell GPT to go to the next phase, but eventually it got through all the phases. this prompt also works with Claude.

I had GPT-4 review the prompt, and it changed the instructions slightly.
With the past prompt, I had problems with GPT-4 executing the protocol, now it works slightly better.
I have updated the prompt in my first comment.

I tried it with Claude,Bing, and GPT 3.5

Claude:
Still has to be prompted to ask questions after the first one. Says "Please provide the next phase of notes." This version requires alot more prompting with Claude, I got past phase 2, but it got to be frustrating so I just asked for a diagnosis and it did that.

Does not work with bing at all.

With GPT 3.5 It would not ask one question at a time, but after phase 0, listed them all out at once. Also, for accuracy, May want to take age ,height and weight into consideration.

Thank you for testing, I test this prompt too with GPT-3.5 and GPT-4. I hope it works now better with Claude. I think for Bing, there is a safeguard, that doesnt let it give medical advice. I have updated the prompt in my first comment, to have a better protocol flow, and considered your suggestion, to take name, age, height and weight. Also it now should list more than two potential diagnosis, referrals and lab tests.

Edit: Tested now with Claude-100k, it asks at the 3rd stage for the examination and the interview answers, but also allowed to skip these with "next phase".
