Question @davidB - what is the thinking around bumping the Minimum Supported Rust Version to 1.91.0?

Because, when I bump to 1.88 to please updated dependencies, the release-plz job (used to prepare release) failed with:

error: failed to compile `release-plz v0.3.156`, intermediate artifacts can be found at `/tmp/cargo-installNvQpRG`.
To reuse those artifacts with a future compilation, set the environment variable `CARGO_TARGET_DIR` to that path.

Caused by:
  rustc 1.88.0 is not supported by the following packages:

TBH, I was too lazy, to search a workaround at this time (1.91.0 # Released on: 30 October, 2025) .
