docs: update frontend drills system and interview recommended filtering - Study Mode now labels sources as 'Drill Mode Methods', 'Quiz Questions' instead of generic names - Clarify that Drill Mode Methods questions derive from training problems - Document inline mode tabs (studyHref/quizHref props) for UI Patterns pattern pages - Interview Recommended filter is now selective: 14 core pattern categories, 8 core frontend categories, excludes hard difficulty - Update Interview System documentation with curated selection criteria
