Pagerank calculation method

Hi David,
I thank you for the fabulous script and sharing it. I have question regarding the method used for pagerank calculation.
Classical pagerank calculates the pagerank based on inbound links. Here you have used outbound links for calculation. Is there any specific reason for this?
