c64.d64 broken?

Symptom

Drive/DOS error: FILE NOT FOUND

Steps to reproduce

1. x64sc -logfile cpm65.log -verbose -8 c64.d64
2. LOAD"CPM",8:RUN

VICE logfile attached, but unfortunately it's not very insightful :/

It does look broken, yes. I don't get a 'FILE NOT FOUND' error, but instead I get the CP/M-65 startup banner and a blinking drive status light. It doesn't move off track 18 so it might be failing to load the fastloader binary.

Sorry, I should have clarified: I get the blinking drive light too, but if I drop into the ML monitor and type @ I see the FILE NOT FOUND error.

Yea I ran into the same behavior of startup banner then hang...but I was on one of the new commadore utlimate machines.
