As Debian Bookworm was officially released in June 2023, that means Dave Gnukem is now 'officially' properly in Debian and should be installable by users with e.g. 'sudo apt davegnukem' etc. :) (likewise the 'data' and 'datasrc' packages): |

I'm so happy to see I was able to install Dave Gnukem on my WSL2 kali by just "sudo apt install davegnukem" :) Just type "davegnukem" and it runs fine in Windows. It was a long-time dream of mine to be able to do that. That is thanks again to the huge effort of @matteobin and the many others who helped, such as Craig Langman, @bgermann and many more. Apologies I don't have time right now to list everyone, see readme for more details on credits: Note I'm in urgent need of donations to help cover my costs for this project: |
