Feature request: GNU jobserver support

While I wouldn't expect jobserver support to be high priority compared to everything else that's going on, it's worth mentioning since ninja is gaining support for it.

For those looking to move to something faster than lld, it would be a selling point over mold, which does not intend to support it.

This issue highlighted to me that we didn't mention jobserver support in our list of "what's working", so I've fixed that
